Asteria Homes have been working mostly with ‘M design’ architects, an architectural office principally not only integrating latest technology and design discourse in their work, but also continuously working on the restoration and conservation of traditional architectural heritage.

Hence ‘M Design’, leaded by Mr. Kutay Karabag and Miss Ayşe Pınar Gedikli, aims to achieve a coherent unity and harmony between their new designs, and the traditional architectural and cultural context. Furthermore the office provides an experienced and creative approach for renovation and restoration projects.


The office is based in Ankara, the capital, and has a branch in Kalkan, where you can mostly find one of the team leaders on duty. In steady association with ‘M design’ architects, Asteria Homes is able to offer its clients full consultancy on architectural design and restoration projects as well. Beginning from the project and concept development stage, until the completion of the building, for the whole process we believe in the importance of close and steady contact with the architects in the office.

Moreover, Asteria Homes works with other architectural offices and particular experts when the requirements and constraints of the project dictates. For working a large amount of time in the area, Asteria Homes have developed a large network of designers, engineers and technical experts holding various skills and know-how.
